The IIID Max FiberX ABS+CF is a carbon-fiber-reinforced ABS filament engineered for demanding functional, mechanical, and industrial 3D-printing applications. By blending premium ABS with short carbon fibers, FiberX delivers exceptional strength, stiffness, and heat resistance — while maintaining the impact toughness and chemical stability that make ABS a go-to engineering material.

Carbon-fiber reinforcement significantly improves dimensional stability and <u>reduces warping</u> compared to standard ABS, making this filament ideal for large functional parts, jigs and fixtures, automotive components, drone frames, brackets, and end-use prototypes that need to perform under real-world stress and heat.

The filament features a matte, professional surface finish that hides layer lines beautifully and gives finished parts a premium, industrial look. Tight diameter tolerance ensures smooth, reliable extrusion, and each spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant to keep moisture out and performance consistent from the first meter to the last.

  • Enclosed chamber recommended for best dimensional accuracy
  • Adequate ventilation advised during printing
