Please call or message us first and do not drop off a printer without talking to us. Some printers are old or discontinued and parts are hard to get, so a repair is not always worth the money. Tell us the brand, model and what is wrong, send a photo or short video if you can, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth fixing or if upgrading makes more sense.
